12. Cacao Ceremony

A cacao ceremony is a sacred ritual where participants gather to drink ceremonial cacao, setting intentions and sharing wisdom in a harmonious setting. This practice, rooted in ancient Mayan culture, celebrates cacao as the 'Food of the Gods,' using it as a spiritual tool to open hearts and elevate spirits, and inspire the sense of peace and joy.
13. TEMAZCAL CEREMONY

A traditional sweat lodge ceremony to cleanse and detox the physical and spiritual blockages in the body through the steam from the hot stones.
14. WATER BLESSINGS

A blessing and purification ceremony that uses four natural sources of water of the mother earth (lagoon, cenote, ocean, and mountain/rivers). This traditional Indonesian ceremony will be the closing activity that aims to cleanse the physical body and spirit after the intense activities you do.
15. POST-INTEGRATION MENTORSHIP

An online session with Ina and Jose to follow back with your integration process after the retreat
